Hands Tied: The Flesh vs. The Spirit

Have you ever felt like your hands were tied? Not knowing what to do or where to turn to next?

This is often deemed as Spiritual warfare which starts in the mind. It’s the battle of the flesh fighting the Spirit. It’s a war that can only be won given the right tools and lost utilizing the wrong ones.

Let’s identify the flesh-anger, resentment, unforgiveness, bitterness, wrath, powerlessness, cowardly behavior, bondage, and so much more.

Now let’s identify the Spirit-freedom, love, life, abundance, joy, peace, and everything words/the world cannot explain.

The war with you cannot be won from a place of fleshly desires, but from a place of Spiritual submission. “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and everything else will be added unto you.” “Choose this day whom ye will serve for one cannot serve two masters for he will love one and hate the other”

Let’s not get it confused many of us are at war emotionally, physically, and Spiritually. The only way you lose if you choose to relinquish your power to the devil and his devices which although may seem to be powerful are in fact powerless.

Choose your weapons wisely as warfare identifies we are not fighting against flesh and blood but principalities in high places who utilize the flesh to carry out the mission. Identify the devil in your life and the ways in which he is utilizing you in your current state and you’ve identified your target. You’re at war, but remember the ultimate victory has already been won!
